What is the basic composition of the SMT Production Line?

Full-auto SMT Production Line means that the entire production line equipment is fully automatic. All production equipment is connected into an automatic line through automatic board loading machine, buffer link and unloading machine; semi-automatic production line refers to the main production equipment is not connected or Not fully connected, such as the printing press is semi-automatic, requiring manual printing or manual loading and unloading of printed boards.

② Double-sided assembly; surface mount components are respectively on the A and B sides of the PCB; incoming inspection-PCB A side silk screen solder paste-SMD-A side reflow soldering-flip board-PCB B side silk screen solder paste- Patch-B side reflow soldering-cleaning-inspection-rework

l  2. Mixed assembly process of Full-auto SMT Production Line

① Single-side mixed assembly process: plug-ins and surface mount components are all on the A side of the PCB, incoming inspection-solder paste stirring-PCB A side silk screen solder paste-patch-A side reflow soldering-PCB A side plug-in -Wave soldering or dip soldering, a small number of plug-ins can be manually soldered-cleaning-inspection-repair, paste first and then insert
