This device is used to put it in front of AOl, after reflow soldering, temporarily store LED PCB or Lens bar PCB and cooling function.

Input Section
PCBs enter the buffer system from one end, arriving from earlier stages of assembly such as AOI, Screen Printing, Pick and Place, or Glue Dispensing.
Storage Area
The buffer includes a storage area where PCBs are temporarily held before progressing to the next stage of assembly. The size and design of this storage area can be customized to meet the specific requirements of the assembly line.
Control System
A control system manages the movement of PCBs within the buffer, ensuring a consistent supply is available for the next assembly stage. This system uses sensors to monitor PCB levels in the buffer and adjusts the flow as needed.
Output Section
When a PCB is needed for the next assembly stage, it is retrieved from the buffer and transferred to the designated location on the assembly line.
