Battery Protection Board SMT Production Line in Poland

The SMT production line has been widely used in various fields, and it is also essential in battery production plants.

Almost all lithium batteries now contain battery protection boards, which are battery PCB board that play a protective role. Under the environment of -40℃ to +85℃, accurately monitor the voltage of the cell and the current of the charging and discharging circuit at all times, and control the on and off of the current circuit in time.

The battery protection board usually includes control IC, MOS switch, precision resistor and auxiliary device NTC, ID memory, PCB and so on. Among them, the control IC controls the MOS switch to turn on under all normal conditions, so that the cell communicates with the external circuit, and when the cell voltage or loop current exceeds the specified value, it immediately controls the MOS switch to turn off (tens of milliseconds). Protect the safety of batteries.
