Delivering Tailored After-Sales Services



In April 2024, our experienced SMT engineer, Lucas, set off for Indonesia to provide installation and training services. The client was an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) manufacturer, who had procured a PCBA coating machine from I.C.T.


At I.C.T, we offering complete smart factory solutions to global customers. Beyond just selling products, our goal is to establish lasting partnerships by providing extensive after-sales service, even across borders.


Lucas's journey to Indonesia exemplifies this commitment. Upon his arrival at the client's factory, he worked closely with them to adjust the production line and the SMT equipment accordingly, including circuits and pneumatic pipelines.



With everything set up, Lucas began a series of training sessions for the client's engineers. He started by explaining the basic principles of the equipment, demonstrating software usage, and carefully explaining operational procedures, tailoring solutions according to the client's PCB boards. As the engineers programmed, Lucas provided guidance and addressed any questions that arose.


Subsequently, Lucas provided detailed guidance on the daily maintenance and cleaning of the equipment to ensure its smooth operation. Under his guidance, the engineers quickly mastered the operating methods and conducted trial production.


Considering the client's specific requirements, such as the separation of PCBA and the presence of high components, Lucas drew on his extensive experience to provide tailored solutions. He guided the client on how to bypass high components, initially demonstrating the process and then allowing them to operate independently.


Ultimately, through collaborative efforts and meticulous attention to detail, the installation and training process was successfully handed over. The client was equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to maximize the machine's potential and optimize their production processes.
