LCD TV motherboard SMT production line in Ecuador

TV is now an indispensable household appliance in society. Although the mobile terminal has occupied a large number of people's time, the market for TV is still very large in the world.

The production of LCD/LED/OLED TV also requires the SMT production line. For the sake of accuracy, the fully automatic production line is the entry-level TV production. The components of TV are mainly divided into three parts, the LCD/LED/OLED screen and the mainboard, and the TV frame. The SMT production line belongs to the most front-end production, and the production of the motherboard requires the SMT machine.

We have launched TV motherboard production lines for a number of companies.

This customer from Ecuador used to produce home appliances. Their main products are air conditioner and household oven. The LCD TV production line is what they plan to invest in. After half a year of communication and discussion with us, we designed a set of fully automatic SMT line solution and DIP production line for them to assembly the pcb, as well as one 20-meter TV assembly line.

Our overseas engineer Peter also went to Ecuador to provide after-sales service to the customer in 2019. After two weeks of SMT equipment debugging, installation, and training, every staff member of the customer is skilled in the operation of the entire production line.

In addition, for the DIP production line, we chose a 9m DIP insert line and W2 wave soldering machine for customers. For customers' motherboard plug-in components, the medium tin furnace can fully meet the production needs and save customers a lot of costs.
