Customized SMT Solutions for LED lighting Manufacturing
To meet the customer`s requirements for product and production capacity , we provided a customized SMT solution. This included SMT production line, LED lens dispensing line, PCBA conformal coating line, LED bulb assembly line, and related peripheral equipment.

In April 2024, our experienced SMT engineer, Lucas, set off for Indonesia to provide installation and training services. The client was an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) manufacturer, who had procured a coating machine from I.C.T.

In April 2024, Andy, one of our experienced SMT engineers, went to Malaysia to provide installation and training services to our news customer. The cuatomer, a Japanese-owned enterprise specializing in the production of control and microcontroller boards for commercial aircraft, had recently procured a customized T4 Reflow Oven with a conveyor width of 400mm from I.C.T.

In April 2024, Lucas, one of our seasoned engineers, embarked on a journey to the Philippines to provide after-sales support to a prestigious client. This client, a Japanese corporation specializing in the production of digital set-top boxes and RF-related products, holds stringent standards for equipment performance. Having procured our Wave Soldering Machine W2, they entrusted us with meeting their production needs.

In April 2024, I.C.T dispatched one of its experienced engineers, Andy, to Mexico to oversee the installation and training process at a newly established factory of a Taiwanese-owned company.
