Q: Where is the PCB cooling conveyor normally used in the SMT line?
A: It is usually used in SMT lines with AOI, but if there is no AOI, an Unloader can be placed directly behind the reflow soldering to receive boards.
But if there is an AOI, the PCBA from the reflow soldering just out of the high temperature, will cause damage to the internal AOI, so you need to add a SMT coolfan conveyor in the middle, so that the cooled PCB into the AOI, not only does not cause high temperature damage to the AOI, but also does not cause damage to the detection of AOI.
