From 0 to 1: I.C.T`s professional smart factory solution for of LED lighting manufacturing with Installation and Training Services.

From May 27 to July 5, 2024, I.C.T successfully delivered a smart factory for LED Lighting manufacturing in Tajikistan, two technical engineers from I.C.T went abroad to provide installation training and technical support to the customer, which lasted for more than one month. We ensured that the customer could effectively establish and operate their new SMT factory from 0 to 1.

Customer`s Background

The customer is a large group company in Tajikistan involved in various industries. It has started to introduce SMT production lines, PCBA coating lines, and LED bulb assembly lines to enter the LED lighting industry. The company has engineers but no experience in SMT factory production. So our company sent two SMT technical engineers to Tajikistan to assist the company in building an SMT factory from 0 to 1, and to train the customer's engineers step by step.

1. Full-auto SMT Production Line:

In the LED lighting industry, SMT production lines are mainly used to manufacture circuit board components for LED lights. These circuit boards are usually the key part of LED lighting equipment. Various electronic components (such as LED chips, resistors, capacitors, driver ICs, etc.) are precisely mounted on printed circuit boards (PCBs) through SMT technology.

Mainly SMT equipments:

Full-auto SMT Stencil printer, JUKI pick and place machine, Reflow Oven Lyra622, SPI & AOI inspection machines, PCB Loader, NG/OK unloader, PCB conveyor and belt assembly lines.

2. LED Lens Dispensing Line

LED lens dispensing line is to precisely bond LED lamp beads (cores) with their lenses or other optical components. The dispensing process can ensure the optical performance of LED lamp beads and the stability of the overall structure.

Mainly SMT equipments：

Online dispensing machine, Hanwha SM481Plus pick and place machine, UV curing oven, PCB Conveyors and belt assembly line etc.

3. PCBA Conformal Coating Line

This coating line is used for LED panel lights, which are coated with UV glue and then cured by UV vertical curing furnace. Through precise coating processes, it effectively improves the protective performance and durability of PCBAs, and extends the service life of LED lights.

4. LED Bulb Assembly Line

The LED bulb automatic assembly line uses a series of advanced automation equipment to achieve full-process automated production from component assembly, quality inspection, aging test to automatic packaging.

On-Site Services Operations of Installation and Training

After arriving at the factory, the engineer began the service work tasks:

1. SMT Equipment unpacking: 

Because the sea transportation time is long, in order to prevent the equipment from being soaked by seawater during transportation, causing rust and other problems, we adopted fumigation-free vacuum packaging;

2. Placement and adjustment:

According to the factory layout, determine the placement of each production line and ensure the optimal positioning of the air shower room and fire escape.

3. Installation: 

Install and debug each equipment on each production line to ensure normal operation.

4. Training: 

According to the characteristics and maintenance methods of each equipment on the production line, provide practical operation training for customer engineers to ensure that they can operate the new equipment proficiently.

Training is an important aspect of our after-sales support services. Our engineers provide detailed training courses covering all aspects of equipment operation and daily maintenance. Ensure that customers can independently manage and operate SMT production lines.
