Double-side Online PCBA Conformal Coating Line Solution

This production line is specifically designed for double-sided board coating, making it suitable for most PCBAs that require coating on both sides. Compared to single-sided production lines, this line is more efficient, with Side A coated at the front end and Side B at the rear end. A flip conveyor connects the two processes, significantly reducing production time. The efficiency of the entire line is more than double that of single-sided lines. To further reduce manual labor, loaders and unloaders can be added at both ends. This production line is ideal for factories with longer spaces, allowing for the efficient completion of double-sided board coating tasks in a shorter time.
PCBA Coating Lift

Elevates PCBAs from one level to another, typically used to lift them from the bottom return system to the starting point of the production line or the input end of the coating equipment.
Coating Conveyory

Transports PCBAs during the coating process to the coating equipment, ensuring stable movement within the coating machine. Coating conveyors usually have anti-static features to prevent damage to the PCBAs from static electricity.
Conformal Coating Machine
