The PK competition held by Alibaba is one of the annual large-scale promotional events in the e-commerce industry, attracting a large number of consumers and merchants to participate. The PK competition is a sales competition between different teams or companies. Its purpose is to motivate sales teams to improve their sales performance and achieve better results.
As usual, I.C.T participates in this event every March, which is also the biggest promotion of the year for our company. We selected one company out of 30 companies as our opponent in the PK competition, and we achieved a phase victory in this competition. Next, let's take a look back at I.C.T's March.
Before the PK competition in March, Alibaba gathered sales teams from 30 companies, including I.C.T. Each salesperson set their sales target for the month and did their best to achieve it. The purpose of this competition is to stimulate the competitive spirit of salespeople, drive the company's sales performance.
On March 1st, the PK competition officially kicked off, and on that day we received orders from three customers. This was a great start and gave our entire team confidence.
Salespeople need to proactively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide targeted solutions. The technical support department should promptly respond to customers' technical issues and provide professional technical support services. The PK competition is a process of full participation and joint efforts. It is not only salespeople, but also all service departments such as technical support, procurement, finance, and marketing, who will provide comprehensive support to customers in a timely manner to ensure that they can confidently place orders with us.
We have a new customer in Zimbabwe who is planning to invest in a new SMT production line for aerospace projects. Through gradual communication, the customer has come to trust our team's professionalism and capabilities. Based on this trust and recognition, as well as the promotional offers in March, the customer was very supportive of our team's participation in the PK competition with other companies. And the customer quickly placed an order for a fully automatic production line with a total amount of 172,900 USD. The main equipment of the fully automatic production line includes a Full-auto SMT Stencil Printer I.C.T-4034, SMTChip Mounter, Reflow Soldering Oven, PCB Cutter, SMT Feeder, and SMT PCB Handling Machine.
After comparing several of our peers, the client chose us and stated that our response to technical inquiries was very timely and professional. This Russian customer invested in a fully automatic JUKI SMT production line under our professional guidance and SMT solution for producing power products, with a total order amount of RMB 2,966,400. The main equipment of this order is very comprehensive and can provide complete support for customer production.
