Among our customers, there are many security products manufacturers. Last time we introduced the Russian university project and purchased one SMT+DIP line from us to produce security products, such as electronic fire alarms, electronic water meters, and so on.
Today, we talk about our one Iranian customer who was founded in 2001 and started out mainly as a switch and fiber optic equipment. They bought a fully automatic SMT production line from us in 2018, and then added a DIP production line in 2019, mainly producing controllers in security cameras.
In the beginning, they sent us the BOM list and their workshop map. This customer knows the SMT production line very well, which surprised us very much. They have arranged the place to place the SMT equipment, which is no different from our full automatic SMT line.
We asked our SMT engineers to make detailed assessments based on customer needs and gave a set of SMT solutions.

The customer studied every piece of machine and every detail in the scheme in detail. They thought we were very professional and quickly reached an agreement with us.
In mid-2018, our engineer Peter was assigned to Iran to provide after-sales services to three customers, all of which are located in Tehran. He did installation and training for a customer of a semi-automatic SMT assembly line, and converted a pick and place machine into a 1.2m long PCB board for another customer.
Finally, Peter came to this security camera company and did detailed after-sales service for them: install the machine, train how to use each device, how to program, and produce the first batch of controllers for the customer.
