4. Testing:

After soldering the PCB board must be tesed to determin the quality of the board:

• Test dead light, dark light

• Whether the components are damaged

• Whether the components are soldered or falsely soldered

• Whether the signal timing is correct

5. Aging of semi-finished products：

Aging of semi-finished products is more important for mass production. During aging, the whole production can be evaluated and quality problems can be found and solved in time.

6. Glue：

For outdoor LED products, it is necessary to pour glue and waterproof.
