Overview

Introduction:

I.C.T-FAI86M is a self-developed and produced flying probe first article inspection equipment that uses a group of flying probes to automatically change the span and automatically test LCR components. It solves the problems of long detection time, high labor cost, incomplete detection coverage, high error probability, and difficulty in traceability.

1. The inspection machine is compatible with various formats of BOM, the software interface is simple and intuitive, the import of data is simple and fast, and it has excellent comparison and error checking functions;

2. The system automatically changes the span,only one set of probes is needed to automatically change the span according to the components and the automatic clamping test can indirectly compare whether the materials are consistent with the packaging.

3. Automatic and fast identification of empty pasted components,automatic detection of multiple pasted components. 

4. The system automatically identifies and judges the silkscreen,direction and polarity of chips,diodes and transistors through the optical system through high-definition camera. 

5. Automatically generate test reports. After the test is completed, test reports are automatically generated. The test report data is comprehensive, the test results are clear at a glance, the test scene can be restored, and the traceability is strong, and documents in Excel or PDF format can be exported to meet the different needs of customers; 

6. Sampling inspection or refueling sampling inspection, according to the station sampling function, sampling inspection can be carried out according to the station table, BOM table, or halfway refueling sampling inspection;

7. ERP, MES docking function, the report can be docked with the customer's EPS\MES system, and the upload operation can be performed on the computer; 

8. Auxiliary function of drawing design, the system can color and mark drawings, and the marked content includes designation, standard value, precision and specification.

Server System

The servo system adopts Japanese IAI modular servo motor module and matching servo driver, which is sealed and dust-proof and suitable for use in clean rooms.

Automatically Determining The Detection Result

system receives the high resolution image from the scanner and detection data of digital bridge and automatically judges PASS(correct) or FALL(wrong).
