In January 2025, I.C.T engineers once again made the journey to Singapore to provide on-site installation and training technical services to one of our customers in the medical products industry. This customer mainly manufactures hearing aids, and we are proud to be their partner.
Before going to the customer's factory, our engineers collected information about the layout of the customer's existing SMT production line, the connection of the power supply and gas source through online communication, learned about the customer's needs in detail, and formulated corresponding support to ensure a smooth installation process.
In order to meet the customer's SMT production line, the main delivery is PCB handling equipment，as following: PCB Loader, SMT Link/Inspection Conveyor, Turn Conveyor, Multi Function Vertical Buffer & Cooling Vertical Buffer etc. and also with the SMT Intelligence splicing machine.
These machines were chosen based on the customer`s specific requirements to enhance production efficiency and improve the workflow between different stages of the manufacturing process.

Upon arriving at the customer`s factory in Singapore, our engineers immediately start to work. They followed a well-planned installation sequence, ensuring that the new equipment was correctly placed and connected with the existing production line. Every machine was positioned according to the flow of the production process, which allowed for optimal integration.
After the equipment was installed and tested, the engineers conducted hands-on training with the customer team. These sessions covered everything from how to properly operate each machine to troubleshooting common problems and maintaining the equipment for optimal performance.
