In 2018, they found our I.C.T for the second time and planned to purchase another LED SMT machines line from us for the production of bulb lights, spotlights, and light bars. Due to the pleasant cooperation experience of the two parties before, the plan for the second SMT line has been finalized soon.
The customer's product capacity demand is huge, and the supply of 2 million bulbs will be added to the national market a year, and there is also a demand for the production of 1.5-meter panel lights and flexible light strips. So our engineer made a plan for Paragon, including two sets of Pick and Place Machine, and then chose our hot-selling 8 zones L8 Model reflow oven.

I.C.T engineer Peter made the Layout design for this LED SMT machines line solution. The customer first decorated the workshop according to the Layout, and installed the electricity and gas supply. The power of this LED SMT production line is about 80KW, and the reflow oven uses 380V three-phase power.
After the customer received all the equipment, Peter went to the Paragon factory in Vietnam to provide the customer with equipment installation. Since the other party’s engineers were already very skilled in SMT equipment, the training focused on the production of LED strips. Flexible light strips are different from ordinary hard aluminum substrates. There are many questions that need attention. These questions are answered in detail to the other's engineers.
